Telaria Hawthorne Joins Jidan Cleaning as the New Operations Manager

PHILADELPHIA, PA, August 7, 2018―Jidan Cleaning welcomed Telaria Hawthorne to their team on June 18, 2018. As the manager of the day-to-day operations, she will ensure a proactive hands-on approach that will be essential to their continued organizational success.

With more than 17 years of leadership experience, Telaria identifies, develops and implements best practices that maintain effective client relationships and employee performance and contributes to Jidan Cleaning’s high-quality control systems. She understands that communication is crucial and fosters an environment that builds positive relationships with her team and creates a winning employee culture.

Before joining Jidan Cleaning this year, Telaria worked in operational management with the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Patricia Claybrook founded Jidan Cleaning in 2005. Her strong business acumen, commitment to customer service and leadership skills have been instrumental in her success.
