As Jidan Cleaning’s energetic Account Manager, Lorraine Nock is in charge of keeping our clients happy and satisfied regarding their cleaning experience. She ensures that our team members know what is expected of them and take their “scope of work” printouts with them to all cleaning assignments. Lorraine also makes sure that every Jidan Cleaning team arrives at a client’s location with the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. She cultivates a two-way relationship with each client account’s contact person and puts her exceptional communication skills to good use daily. At least once a month, and typically, more often than that, Lorraine checks in with all Jidan Cleaning clients either by phone or email. If a client’s office complex or building isn’t cleaned properly, she is the one who follows up and resolves such situations. A longtime South Jersey resident, Ms. Nock is currently working on her Associate’s degree in Business Administration at Gloucester County College in Sewell, NJ.
